The delivery of all our garden buildings amounts to £100 to the UK mainland. The delivery takes approximately 20 working days.
All orders are dispatched directly from our factory straight to your home. It guarantees you the simplest and fastest way of delivery and ensures the lowest price possible.
Advance notification of an exact delivery date will be given a few days prior to the proposed date, usually by telephone, either by ourselves or our delivery partners. Should the date not be convenient for you, you are able to request a re-schedule without additional charge.
Deliveries are Monday – Friday from 9AM to 5PM. We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. If you wish to schedule the delivery for a specific time, you will be additionally charged. Please note, that if the delivery dates is postponed for more than 3 days, you will be obliged to pay the stocking costs (1€ per each 100kg of products weight per day).
Most garden buildings are delivered flat packed in single panels and unloaded on arrival. You will need to provide an appropriate space close to your kerbside for the driver to deliver the products. Couriers are unable to carry the product into your property or garden so please ensure that you are able to move the product to its required location after delivery has been completed.
We also provide a professional buildings installation service at affordable prices. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any information related to the installation.
If you have changed your mind about the product you may return it by notifying us within 14 days after the delivery. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Product(s). Any items due to be returned must be unopened, unused, not already installed and in their original packaging. To cancel a Contract, you must inform us in writing. You must also return the Product(s) to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk.
All goods should be inspected upon delivery by the buyer to ensure that the product is complete and fault-free. Although we endeavour to ensure that your products are delivered safely and complete, mistakes can happen. In the rare event that anything does, we will do our best to source and replace any damaged or missing parts via the manufacturer as long as you notify us within 7 days after delivery. No claim for damages will be warranted without written acknowledgement of damage on the delivery note at the time of receipt. If any doubts occur, do not accept delivery from the courier company.
